中医辨证分期治疗高度近视黄斑出血效果分析

Effect Analysis of TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Staging on Macular Hemorrhage in High Myopia

目的探讨中医辨证分期治疗高度近视黄斑出血的效果。方法方便选取2015年4月—2016年4月该院收治的高度近视黄斑出血患者64例,分为观察组对照组各32例,观察组采用中医辨证分期进行治疗,对照组采用常规西医治疗。观察两组患者的视力恢复情况、治疗效果以及复发情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(93.75%vs75.00%),平均视力矫正高于对照组[观察组:视力(0.48±0.11),黄斑出血范围(0.53±0.27)。对照组:视力(0.36±0.07),黄斑出血范围(0.78±0.24),再次出血频率低于对照组(3.13%vs 12.5%),数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证分期治疗能够有效改善高度近视黄斑出血复发率,改善患者视力状况,治疗效果良好,值得临床推广使用。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the TCM treatment of high myopia macular hemorrhage. Methods 64 cases of patients with high myopia macular hemorrhage from April 2015 to April 2016 in this hospital were convenient selected into the observation group and the control group with 32 cases in each group, observation group was treated with TCM treatment, control group using conventional western medicine treatment. The visual acuity, curative effect and recurrence of the two groups were compared and observed. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group of（93.75% vs 75.00%）, the average visual acuity was higher than the control group [observation group： vision（0.48±0.11）, macular hemorrhage（0.53±0.27）]control group： visual acuity of（0.36±0.07）, macular hemorrhage range of（0.78±0.24）reblooding frequency was lower than the control group of（3.13% vs 12.5%）, with statistically significant difference（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM treatment can effectively improve the high myopia macular hemorrhage recurrence rate, improve visual acuity condition, with good curative effect, so it is worthy of clinical application.
