广州社区居民对低钠盐的认知及使用调查与分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:调查广州居民对低钠盐的认知及使用情况,为推广和正确使用低钠盐提供科学依据。方法:采用层级抽样方法,用自行设计《社区居民低钠盐认知和使用调查表》对广州社区居民进行调查研究。结果:(1)低钠盐的总体认知水平为10.31±1.21分,不同性别、是否责任做饭人、家庭口味及家庭成员是否有相关疾病的居民对低钠盐的认知有显著差异(P=0.000)。(2)居民认知低钠盐的主要途径是超市和医护专业人员,分别有376人(占39.6%)和340人(占35.8%)。(3)所调查人群中,目前正在使用低钠盐的为222人(23.4%),曾经使用过现在没有使用的为408人(42.9%),一直未使用过低钠盐的为320人(33.7%)。未使用低钠盐的前3个主要原因是感觉低钠盐口感不好、不知道及价钱贵,分别有346人(47.53%)、188人(25.82%)与132人(占18.3%)。结论:广州社区居民对低钠盐的认知是比较低的,认识低钠盐的途径主要是超市信息和医护专业人员的指导,坚持使用低钠盐的居民也不高,最主要原因是低钠盐自身口感问题和对低钠盐缺乏全面正确的认知。 Objective To investigate cognition and usage on low sodium salt of residents in Guangzhou city for promoting the correct usage of low sodium salt. Method The investigation of community residents in Guangzhou city was carried out with self-designed " community residents low-sodium cognition and using questionnaires"by using hierarchical sampling method. Result The result showed that the overall cognitive level for low sodium salt was 10. 31 ± 1. 21,there were significant differences of low sodium salt of cognitive between the gender,among the liability cooks,the family taste and related diseases( P = 0. 000). There were 376 people( 39. 6%) through supermarket and 340 people( 35. 8%) through health care professionals to get the knowledge about low sodium salt. They were the main ways for residents to get the related knowledge. Among the investigated residents,there were 222 people( 23. 4%) currently using low sodium salt,408 people( 42. 9%)not using but used in the past,and 320( 33. 7%) residents never used the low sodium salt. The first three main reasons of not using low sodium salt were the bad taste of low sodium salt,not know about low sodium salt and the expensive price of low sodium salt,respectively account for47. 53%,25. 82% and 18. 3%. Conclusion Community residents' perception of a low sodium salt in Guangzhou is relatively low,the way of knowing the low sodium salt is mainly supermarket information and the guidance of health care professionals. The residents persisting to use the low sodium salt is not high,the main reason are the low sodium salt taste,not know about low sodium salt and the higher price.
