高层建筑施工现场消防安全特性及消防安全管理措施初探

Fire Safety Characteristics and Fire Safety Management Measures of High-Rise Building Construction Site

近几年,我国城市化建设进程的脚步逐渐加快,高层建筑的数量不断增加,建筑规模也在不断扩大,再加上近些年土地资源的逐渐紧缺,高层建筑成为城市建设的主要建筑工程。由于高层建筑具有工程量大、结构复杂、技术应用较多等方面的特点,施工现场的消防安全问题逐渐暴露出来,成为阻碍建筑工程发展的重要问题,影响了建筑工程的整体质量。论文对我国高层建筑施工进行了简单的分析,并提出关于高层建筑施工现场消防安全管理的几点措施。

In recent years, the pace of urbanization in China is gradually speeding up. The number of high-rise buildings is increasing,and the scale of the building is expanding. In addition to the shortage of land resources in recent years, high-rise building has become the main building project of urban construction. Due to the characteristics of high-rise building, such as large volume, complex structure, and more technology applications, the problem of fire safety at construction site has been exposed gradually, which has become an important problem that hinders the development of building engineering, and affects the overall quality of building engineering. This paper makes a simple analysis of the construction of high-rise building in China, and puts forward some measures on the safety management of the fire fighting in the construction site of the high-rise building.
