摘要
新世纪来临,世界发展趋势产生了很大改变。处于网络信息时代之下,知识的更新速度非常迅速,企业的生存与发展面临着严峻的不良形势。经济发展格局的变化,瞬息变化、激烈竞争的市场环境,都带给企业巨大的发展压力,对于我国企业来说,拥有很多同行竞争对手,如何在残酷的市场竞争中脱颖而出,需要依靠人才的作用。论文以探究我国企业人力资源管理创新策略为目的,从而有效提升企业的人力资源管理水平。
The coming of the new century has made great changes in the development trend of the whole world. In the era of network information, the speed of updating knowledge is very rapid, and the survival and development of enterprises are facing severe adverse situation. Change in the pattern of economic development, rapidly changing and fierce competition in the market environment, all bring enormous pressure to the development of enterprises, for China's enterprises, have a lot of peer competitors, how to stand out in the brutal market competition, they need to rely on the role of talent. This study aims to explore the innovation strategy of human resource management in China's enterprises and effectively improve the level of human resource management.
