摘要 随着社会经济迅速发展,市场环境日趋复杂多变,这对国有基层企业如何快速进行战略调整、资源整合、适应经营环境以及抢占市场份额提出了更高要求,而人力资源作为企业的核心,已成为企业获取竞争优势的关键性资源。如何调整企业人力资源结构,变革人力资源管理体制,以适应企业发展和市场竞争的需要,也成了迫在眉睫的重要课题。 With the rapid development of social economy, the market environment is becoming increasingly complex and changeable,which puts forward higher requirement for the state-owned enterprises to adjust their strategies quickly, to integrate resources, to adapt to the business environment, and to grab market share. As the core of the enterprise, human resource has become the key resource for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages. In addition, how to adjust the structure of human resource and change the management system of human resource to meet the needs of enterprise development and market competition is also an urgent and important subject.
