浅析资产管理公司并购重组业务

Analysis on the Merger and Reorganization Business of Asset Management Company

目前对于我国的资产管理公司来说正是战略转型的重要时期,由于四大资产管理公司在刚开始成立时就开展了投资银行业务,近年来国务院又对资产管理公司的政策进一步放宽,允许资产管理公司各自成立相应的证券公司,在这种新形势下并购重组业务逐渐成为了各投资银行里最有发展前途的领域之一,论文中笔者就资产管理公司并购重组业务的实施与发展现状进行分析与研究,提出相应促进并购重组业务发展的建议。

At present, it is an important period of strategic transformation for China＇s asset management company. Since the four asset management companies started the investment banking business at the beginning of its establishment, and in recent years, the State Council has further relaxed its policy on asset management companies, allowed asset management companies to set up corresponding securities companies, in this new situation, mergers and acquisitions have gradually become one of the most promising areas of investment banks. This paper analyzes and studies the implementation and development of the merger and reorganization of asset management company, and puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of mergers and acquisitions.
