摘要
用于核电站设备冷却水缓冲箱液位测量的罗斯蒙特变送器,在运行期间多次出现交叉比较降级的现象,影响液位的监视及异常响应。论文从多个角度分析引起液位测量偏差的可能原因,并制定措施加以处理,有效解决了液位测量偏差的问题,对CPR1000机组具有广泛的借鉴意义。
The Ross Mont transmitter used for measuring the liquid level of the buffer box of CCWS occurred cross comparison and degradation phenomenon for several times during operation, which affected the level monitoring and abnormal response. This article analyses the causes of level measurement deviations from different perspectives, and adopts solutions to deal with it, so that the problems were solved effectively, and it would be a good reference for other CPR1000 unit.
