砌体中机电管线(盒)一次性预埋施工技术研究与开发

摘要 工程在施工过程中,砌体中机电管线的安装质量,对工程施工的整体质量具有一定的影响。采用一次性预埋施工技术,在砌体施工之前利用角钢支架对线盒进行固定,能提高机电管线预埋的稳定性,实现无人看守的情况下砌体内线盒及线管直埋的目的。基于此,论文对机电管线预埋技术的特点进行介绍,在此基础上,对砌体中机电管线一次性预埋施工技术研究及开发进行具体分析。 During the construction process, the installation quality of the mechanical and electrical piping in the masonry has some influence on the overall quality of the construction. The use of one-time pre-buried construction technology, that is, before the masonry construction, the angle steel bracket is used to fix the wire box, which can improve the stability of the electrical and mechanical pipeline embedment, and achieve the purpose of embedding the inner line box and the line pipe directly under the condition of unattended. Based on this, this paper introduces the characteristics of the pre-buried technology of electromechanical pipeline, and based on this, it analyzes the research and development of one-time pre-buried construction technology of the mechanical and electrical pipeline in the masonry.
