摘要
为解决机载相机摆扫步进电机在加减速过程中易出现的丢步和振荡现象,论文提出一种改进的电机加减速钟形控制曲线。仿真结果表明,采用钟形控制曲线的电机,匀速运动阶段的振幅速度比为0.64%,正程结束时的角位移振幅仅有3.6角秒;实际显示,启停阶段振荡现象得到有效抑制,电机运行稳定性和精度得到提高。
In order to solve the problem of losing step and oscillation in the acceleration and deceleration process of swinging stepper motor of airborne camera, the paper proposes an improved motor acceleration and deceleration bell control curve. The simulation results show that The amplitude and velocity ratio of the motor with the bell shaped control curve is 0.64%, and the angular displacement amplitude at the end of the positive path is only 3.6 angular seconds. It is shown that the oscillation phenomenon is effectively suppressed,and the stability and precision of the motor are improved.
