基于DEA-Tobit模型的梨生产效率分析——以河北省赵县为例

摘要 为了明晰赵县梨生产效率,诊断农户行为对其影响,对赵县5个以梨生产为主要农业活动的村庄进行随机抽样入户调查,采用DEA-Tobit模型测算了农户梨的生产效率,并对影响梨生产效率的因素进行了分析。结果表明:54.14%的农户在梨生产上达到DEA有效,45.86%的农户处于DEA无效;生产决策者年龄、受教育年限、家庭务农人数以及对梨售价的满意度对梨生产效率呈显著正相关,种植面积、是否加入合作社、是否经常参加技术培训对梨生产效率影响未通过显著性检验。据此,提出了健全梨果专业合作社的运行机制、提高梨生产机械化水平、加强对新型职业农民的培训等针对性对策和建议,以期为政府优化农业生产结构,促进产业升级;推动政府、高校、科研单位等进行技术创新,增加赵县梨生产科技投入;推进赵县梨生产走绿色、高效、可持续发展道路提供依据。 To clear the pear production efficiency in Zhaoxin, and make sure the influence by famers' behavior,the household survey was carried out to 5 villages taking pear production as the mainly agricultural production activities by random sampling,the pear production efficiency was measured using DEA-Tobit model,and the influence factors were analyzed. The results showed that 54.14% of the households were in efficiency,while 45.86% of them were not efficient. The age and education of the decision makers,the number of farming in household, and the satisfaction to pears price had s ignificant positive correlation with pear production efficiency. The planting area whether taking part in pears professional cooperatives and technical training or not had no significant influence on pear production efficiency. The countermeasures and suggestions were pointed out including perfecting the operating mechanism of pear cooperatives, improving the mechanization level of pear production,and strengthening the training for new professional farmers,which could provide information for optimizing agriculture structure,promoting industrial upgrading,promoting technical innovation of governments,universities and scientific research units to increase technology investment and promoting green, high efficient and sustainable development of pear production in Zhaoxian.
