摘要
移动查房是指应用无线和移动设备提高医疗服务实时性的一种医疗护理方式。但是基于传统的TCP协议传输效率低,存在丢包和延迟等情况,会降低移动查房的效率。本文提出通过将混合型基于自学习的动态智能算法单边加速技术ZetaTCP应用在移动查房中,进而能够提升网络的传输速率,提升TCP连接的稳定性。最后通过测试表明,单边加速技术在无线网络中的应用能够显著提高移动查房的效率。
Mobile ward-round is a kind of medical treatment which applies wireless and mobile devices to improve real-time performance of medical service.However,there are some disadvantages in the traditional TCP transmission,such as inefficient,packet loss and delay,which will reduce the efficiency of mobile operation.In the view of this situation,this paper proposes to apply ZetaTCP to mobile ward-round which can accelerate TCP transmission and improve the stability of TCP connection.ZetaTCP is a kind of unilateral acceleration technology based on self-learning dynamic intelligence algorithm.The performance test shows that the application of unilateral acceleration technology can significantly improve the efficiency of mobile ward-round.
