Information of scientific research management is an important support for national informatization construction.The level of scientific research and the ability of independent innovation have been improving,the integration of scientific research management and information construction has become an inevitable process.Take the information construction of scientific research management of Hebei Academy of Sciences as an example,research platform for collaborative innovation is designed and implemented.The application of the system greatly improves the efficiency and quality of scientific research management.
