摘要
研究了反应-萃取法去除混合物中少量醛的工艺。利用亚硫酸钠与醛快速反应生成亚硫酸钠加成物的性质,通过溶剂萃取分离加成物。考察了不同的处理工艺对去除甲氧基肉桂酸甲酯中对甲氧基苯甲醛的影响;工艺对底物的适应性;瑞舒伐他汀中间体中醛的去除。结果表明:最佳去除工艺为甲醇和亚硫酸氢钠体系中快速震荡;该方法对芳香醛去除率可达到99%;方法可用于瑞舒伐他汀中间体中醛的去除。
The reaction of bisulfiteion with aldehydes to form charged bisulfite adducts, then convenient liquid-liquid extraction method for the removal of aldehydes from mixtures was studied. Effects of different treatment process, substrate adaptability and remove of aldehydes in Rosuvastatin intermediate were investigated. Experiment results indicated that the use of a water-miscible solvent allows the reaction to occur with shaking protocol by increasing the contact between the bisulfite ion and the aldehyde. This developed protocol is applicable to a wide range of aldehydes, including rosuvastatin intermediate.
