碳化作用对PVA-ECC防护涂层的影响

摘要 试验选用硅酸盐水泥与硫铝酸盐水泥两个系列6组配比,测定6组配比的碳化深度、抗压强度、抗折强度、断裂能等性能指标,探讨碳化作用对PVA-ECC防护涂层的影响。结果表明,硅酸盐水泥系列中,随粉煤灰掺量的增加,PVA-ECC的抗碳化能力逐渐下降,抗折、抗压强度下降,而断裂能逐渐上升。硫铝酸盐水泥系列中,随胶粉掺量的增长,PVA-ECC的抗碳化能力逐渐下降,抗压强度下降,而抗折强度、断裂能均逐渐上升。最终,硅酸盐水泥系列中,选定粉煤灰掺量为35%的配比为最佳的抗碳化配比。硫铝酸盐水泥系列中,选定未掺胶粉的配比为最佳的抗碳化配比。 The research use 6 groups mix proportion of portland cement series and sulphoaluminate cement series.Meanwhile,the experiments test the performance index of mix proportion,such as carbonation depth,compressive strength,flexural strength and fracture energy etc.The effect of carbonization on PVA-ECC protective coating was discussed. The results show:in portland cement series,with the increase of fly ash,the carbonation resistance of PVA-ECC decreases gradually,the flexural strength and compressive strength decrease,while the fracture energy increases gradually.In the series of sulphoaluminate cement,with the increase of the amount of rubber powder,the carbonation resistance of PVA-ECC decreased gradually,the compressive strength decreased,while the flexural strength and fracture energy gradually increased.Finally,in Portland cement series,the proportion of fly ash 35% is selected as the best carbonation resistance ratio.In the series of sulphoaluminate cement,the ratio of no added rubber powder was chosen as the best carbonation resistance ratio.
