考虑综合效应的沥青混合料高温性能研究

STUDY ON THE HIGH TEMPERATURE PERFORMANCE OF ASPHALT MIXTURE CONSIDERING COMPREHENSIVE EFFECT

摘要 对不同掺量抗车辙剂(0%,0.3%,0.5%)在不同轴载、温度和交通量环境下进行高温性能试验。结果表明,温度对车辙影响最为显著,温度升高,沥青混合料动稳定度急剧下降;轴载对车辙的影响也很明显,随轴载增加,沥青混合料的动稳定度线性下降;轴载作用时间和车辙深度呈指数变化;抗车辙剂对抵抗重载、高温和大交通量环境效果显著。 The high temperature performance test was carried out for asphalt mixtures with different kinds of rutting agents(0%,0.3%,0.5%)under different axle loads,temperatures and traffic environments. The results show that the influence of the temperature on the ruts is the most,and the dynamic stability of asphalt mixture is decreased rapidly with the increase of the temperature. Also,the influence of axle load on ruts is obviously,and the dynamic stability of asphalt mixture has a linearly decreasing trend with the increase of axle load. The axial loading time and rutting depth have an exponential change. Rutting agent has a significant positive effect on resisting the rutting deformation caused by heavy duty,high temperature and large traffic volume environment.
