摘要
以天津地铁站地下连续墙大型钢筋笼吊装施工为工程背景,针对其中吊装难度最大的超长"一"字型钢筋笼,利用ANSYS软件建立有限元模型,研究不同数量纵向桁架的钢筋笼,在吊装角度为0°、30°和45°的3种工况下的力学性能,对其竖向变形进行求解分析,对比得出最优吊装方案,为同类大跨度钢筋笼的合理吊装施工提供了参考。
Based on the construction of the large reinforcement cage in the Tianjin subway station,the finite element model was established by using ANSYS software for the super-long"one"shaped reinforcement cage with the largest lifting effect. The mechanical properties of reinforcement cage with different number of longitudinal trusses were studied under the lifting conditions of 0°,30°and 45°.The vertical deformation is analyzed and compared,and the optimal lifting scheme is obtained. The research result provides a reference for the reasonable lifting construction of the same kind of large span reinforcement cage.
