摘要
针对干熄炉生产工况的特点,克服高温烟尘等不利因素的影响,实现了干熄炉的在线图像检测、成像和炉况分析,为干熄炉定修、年修的判断提供了基础依据,应用效果良好,经济效益可观。
Based on the production conditions of CDQ system, the high temperature measuring deviceovercomes the negative factors such as high temperature emissions and realizes online detection,image formation and chamber condition analysis, providing a sound foundation for the regular andannual maintenance of CDQ chamber. It brings remarkable economic benefit.
