实施了脱苯塔顶温度自动调节和控制技术,改进了负压脱苯系统排渣技术,实现了不停产清理终冷器,从而优化了负压脱苯工艺,节能减排效果显著。
A series of technological innovations have been implemented, including automaticregulation and control of the temperature on the top of benzol stripper, improvement of slag dischargeof the vacuum debenzolization system and cleaning the final cooler without shut down, so the vacuumdebenzolization process is optimized, bringing significant effect in energy saving and emission reduction.
