摘要
介绍了以贫油在管式炉中加热作为热源的无蒸汽法负压粗苯蒸馏工艺和以过热蒸汽为热源的蒸汽法负压粗苯蒸馏工艺。同时介绍了不凝性气体对负压粗苯蒸馏过程、粗苯冷凝冷却器面积、真空泵功率的影响及减少不凝性气体富集的措施。
The vacuum crude benzol distillation with lean gas heating in the tube furnace instead ofsteam and the vacuum crude benzol distillation with steam are introduced. The influence of foul gas tothe vacuum crude benzol distillation process, to the area of crude benzol condenser and cooler and tothe power of vacuum pump is introduced, and measures to reduce foul gas concentration areproposed.
