摘要
当前城市建设已经逐渐从增量空间扩张阶段走向存量提升的优化阶段,传统的物质空间更新方式已很难应对存量开发下的旧城更新问题。本文以厦门市沙坡尾社区的更新改造为例,解析城市旧城更新规划的实施政策和手段。本文对旧城更新实施政策和手段的探索可为其他旧城更新提供一定的指导性借鉴。
At present, urban construction has gradually moved from an incremental space expansion stage to an optimized stage of stock enhancement. The traditional method of updating physical space has been hard to cope with the urban renewal problem under stock development. Taking Shapowei community in Xiamen as an example, this article analyzes the implementation policies and measures of urban renewal planning. The exploration of the policies and means of urban renewal implementation can provide some guidance and reference for the renewal of other old cities.
