摘要
我国高铁建设中遇有多山地形时,常在山体中修建隧道以便列车通过。铁路隧道工程施工中建设周期长、技术难度大、安全风险高,为提升效率、减少隐患,需制订科学、合理的施工方案。京沈铁路客运专线辽宁黑山县路段采用隧道穿越山体,隧道区域分布软弱围岩且受降水影响,对施工带来较大安全隐患。结合已有工程,本文从隧道施工的开挖、支护及监测三个方面,阐述具体的施工工艺及流程,针对软弱围岩特点,采用密排小导管及管棚体系进行支护,并实时监测隧道变形,结果表明施工方案安全、可靠,为类似工程提供经验。
When meeting mountains during the construction of high-speed railway in China, tunneling is the best choice to let the train pass through mountains. In fact, there are many problems in the construction of railway tunnels, such as long project period, high technical difficulties and many safety issues. For the purpose of efficiency and security, scientific and reasonable scheme is needed. Tunneling is chosen when constructing Beijing-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Line, where located in Heishan County, Liaoning Province. Weak surrounding rock problems are obvious, especially with rainfall. Construction process of excavating, supporting and monitoring is provided,including piperoof-support system and real-time monitor system. The procedure and technology of supporting and monitoring can be applied to similar projects.
