摘要 青年博士教学能力的提升能够满足青年博士自身职业能力的需要,促进高校教学水平的提高,同时也符合社会需求人才的培养要求。本文从青年博士自身提高和学校、学院外力引导两方面探讨提高青年博士教学质量的有效措施。 The improvement of young doctor's teaching ability can meet the requirement of young doctors' occupation ability and can enhance the colleges' teaching standards, which can, at the same time, meet the social demand of talent persons. Two effective measures are investigated to improve the teaching ability of young doctors in colleges, including young doctors' self enhancement and external guiding force from college or university.
