转型期民办高校竞争力提升策略分析——以辽宁对外经贸学院为例

摘要 我国经济结构面临转型升级时期,社会需要大批应用型人才,以培养应用型、职业型人才为主的民办院校迎来发展契机。辽宁对外经贸学院是我国较早的民办优秀院校之一,其在战略规划与战术执行、教学体系建设、品牌管理、教学与质量管理、学生课外实践管理和教师管理等方面形成一定的特色,剖析其成功之处可为同类民办高校的发展提供借鉴义。 China's economic structure is facing a period of transformation and upgrading, and society needs a large number of applied talents. Privately-run institutions that mainly train applied talents and professional talents welcome the development opportunity. Liaoning University of International Business and Economics is one of the earliest private excellent colleges in China. It forms certain characteristics in strategic planning and tactical implementation, teaching system construction, brand management, teaching and quality management,student extracurricular practice management and teacher management. Analysis of its success can provide reference for the development of similar private colleges and universities.
