摘要
近年来,随着进一步与国际接轨,我国工程建设总承包尤其是EPC总承包市场持续发展。相对于传统建设模式,在EPC总承包模式下,设计龙头的主导优势更为凸显,直接对项目全过程发挥着基础性、引领性和决定性的作用。基于EPC总承包模式下设计管理与传统建设模式下设计管理的差异,笔者结合长期以来的工作经历、管理经验和心得体会,对如何更有效的进行EPC总承包项目设计管理进行探讨和论述。
In recent years, with further integration with international standards, China's construction general contracting, especially the EPC general contracting market continued to develop. Compared with the traditional construction mode, under the EPC general contracting mode, the predominance of design leader is more prominent, which directly plays a fundamental, leading and decisive role in the entire project. Based on the difference between design management and design management in traditional EPC mode under EPC general contract mode, the author discusses how to design and manage EPC project more effectively with long-term working experience, management experience and experience.
