摘要
生态城市建设是一个动态复杂的系统工程,强调城市建设应考虑资源环境的承载能力。涉及城市生态产业、城市生态环境和城市生态文化等方面的发展和相互协调。运用SWOT战略分析工具,分析衡水市生态城市建设中存在的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战,进而给出适合衡水生态城市建设的对策。
Eco-city construction is a dynamic and complex system engineering, which emphasizes the carrying capacity of resources and environment in urban construction. It involves the development and coordination of urban ecological industry, urban ecological environment and urban ecological culture. This paper analyzes the strengths, weaknessess, opportunities and threats of eco-city construction in Hengshui by using SWOT strategic analysis tools, and then gives the countermeasures for the construction of ecological city in Hengshui.
