Study on the Long-term Mechanism of "River Governor System" Based on Ecological Perspective

"河长制"是时代的需要,也是绿色生态文明建设的需要。通过分析了河长制的内涵及意义,根据现有的"河长制"实践经验,分析影响"河长制"长效机制的因素,并提出构建"河长制"长效机制的途径,以期为推动"河长制"各项任务与措施贯彻到实处、实现河水环境的可持续发展提供理论参考。

＂River Governor System＂ is the need of the times and the need of green ecological civilization construction. By analyzing the connotation and significance of River Governor System, according to the existing ＂River Governor System＂ practice experience, this paper analyzes the influence factors of the long-term mechanism of ＂River Governor System＂, and puts forward the ways to construct long-term mechanism of ＂River Governor System＂, so as to provide reference for promoting the implementation of all tasks and measures of＂River Governor System＂and realizing the sustainable development of water environment.
