摘要
当前,我国大部分中小民营企业人力资源管理还不完善,如薪酬管理不科学、激励效果不明显等,十分不利于企业的长远发展。本文以国内外研究现状和中小民营企业发展现状为依据,系统阐述了中小民营企业的薪酬制度和激励机制存在的问题和弊端,并针对面临的问题提出了相应的方法和措施,重在挖掘二者对中小民营企业可持续发展的关键作用。
At present, most of the management systems of small and medium-sized private enterprises are not perfect. Lots of problems have been exposed, such as unscientific salary management, less obvious incentive effect, which have all seriously affected the healthy development of SMEs. Based on the currentsituation of domestic and foregin research and the development status of SMPEs, this paper systematically expounds current problems and disadvantages of salary system and incentive mechanism of SMPEs, and put forward the corresponding methods and measures for the problems faced, focusing on mining their key role of sustainable development of SMPEs.
