隧道工程湿喷混凝土回弹量降低试验及要点分析

Experimental Study and Key Analysis on Rebound Reduction of Wet Shotcrete in Tunnel Engineering

随着科技的进步,交通运输业得到了迅猛的发展,重载铁路隧道建设作为我国的重点工程项目也受到了社会各界的广泛关注。湿喷混凝土施工灵活简捷,具有粉尘少、强度增长快、粘结力强、密实性好的特点。因此,广泛应用于边坡、隧道围岩、基坑等加固工程的施工。文章重点结合工程项目、HPS3016S型混凝土湿喷台车在隧道工程施工中分析湿喷混凝土回弹量降低试验,并对技术要点进行论述。

With the advancement of science and technology, the transportation industry has been developed rapidly. As a key project in China, the construction of heavy haul railway tunnels has also drawn extensive attention from all walks of life. Wet-sprayed concrete construction is flexible and simple, with less dust, rapid strength growth, strong bonding, and good dense. Therefore, it is widely used in slope, tunnel surrounding rock, foundation pit and other reinforcement construction. Based on engineering project, this article analyzes the wet–sprayed concrete rebound reduction test with HPS3016 S wet concrete spray squirting truck in the tunnel construction, and discusses the technical points.
