非接触式三维扫描仪的设计

摘要 非接触式三维扫描仪以Horus为上位机,控制系统基于Arduino ZUMBT-3288主板,由激光模块、摄像模块、电源模块、电机驱动电路组成。上位机发布控制命令控制步进电机转动,通过摄像模块和激光模块的三角测距将被测物的位置传回上位机,上位机处理数据成像,实现扫描的目的。该系统结构简单,可靠性高,程序运行稳定,实现了预期的扫描成像功能。 The non-contact scanner used Horus as upper computer, and control system is based on Arduino ZUM BT-3288. It is composed of laser module, camera module, power supply module and motor drive circuit. PC issued the orders with which control stepper motor rotated. The location of the measured object is sent back to the host through trigonometric ranging which is executed by the camera module and laser module. Host computer will process data and form imagine to achieve the purpose of scanning. The scanner has simple structure, high reliability and stable operation, which can realize the anticipated function.
