摘要 随着高速公路隧道施工技术的发展,针对大长隧道施工中遇到的爆破烟尘大、施工效率低、炸药单耗高的难题,我们组织研究并应用了一种隧道水楔破岩复合爆破施工技术,此技术在隧道水压爆破的基础上进行了创新及优化,通过采用炮孔快速投影定位装置、挤压式自封口水袋、水袋批量快速充装排管、粘尘试剂水溶液及树脂快凝炮孔封堵材料等新装置、新材料应用于隧道水压爆破施工中,极大提高了爆破开挖施工效率、减少了爆破烟尘的产生、降低了炸药单耗,是隧道爆破开挖施工的新技术新工艺。 With the development of highway tunnel construction technology, for the problem encountered in the construction of large tunnel, such as blasting dust, low construction efficiency and high explosive consumption, we have organized and applied a kind of composite blasting technology of tunnel water wedge breaking rock. This technology is innovated and optimized on the basis of tunnel hydraulic blasting, by adopting blast hole rapid projection positioning device, extrusion type self-sealing bag, fast filling pipes, sticky reagent water solution and resin fast setting hole sealing material and other new equipment, new materials into tunnel water pressure blasting construction, it greatly improves the blasting excavation construction efficiency, reduces the generation of blasting dust and reduces the unit consumption of explosives, which is a new technology and new technology for tunnel blasting excavation.
