研究生辅导员是高等院校在研究生教育管理工作中的重要组成部分,其队伍建设能否职业化、专业化发展,关系到高校的研究生培养质量。同时,其胜任能力能否与当代高校研究生教育管理相适应也是衡量辅导员队伍建设的重要指标。本文受到KPI考评方法启发,通过量化辅导员的胜任能力指标,从而对辅导员队伍进行绩效考评,从而为高校研究生管理、思想政治教育提供参考。分析研究生辅导员各单项能力对辅导员胜任能力需求的贡献度,研究其评价考核权重的确定方法。

Postgraduate counselors are an important part of higher education institutions in the management of postgraduate education. Whether their ranks can be professionally or professionally developed is related to the quality of postgraduate education in colleges and universities. At the same time, whether its competence is compatible with the management of postgraduate education in contemporary universities is also an important index to measure the construction of counselors. Inspired by KPI evaluation methods, this paper quantifies the competency indicators of counselors, and then evaluates the performance of counselors, which provides reference for graduate management and ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The contributions of each individual ability of graduate counselors to the needs of counselors competency is analyzed and the method to determine the weight of evaluation appraisals is studied.
