摘要
文章采用抽样调查的方式,对某大学学生的在校情况进行调查,并从教师、学生和学校三个角度出发,构建学生在校满意度影响因素的结构方程模型。经过模型验证与分析发现,师生关系对学生在校满意度的影响最大,课堂教学、向学厌学和校园支持也对学生满意度有着不同程度的显著的正向影响。同时提出相应的提高学生满意度的建议,为提高高校教学质量出谋划策。
This paper investigated the school situation of some students by means of sample survey, and constructed a structural equation model of influencing factors of student satisfaction from the three perspectives of teachers, students and schools. After the model verification and analysis, we found that student-faculty relationship had the greatest impact on the satisfaction of students in school, and classroom teaching, school weariness and school support also had a significant positive impact on student satisfaction. At the same time,some suggestions were put forward to improve student satisfaction and teaching quality.
