创新创业教育是需要全员参与、全面覆盖和全程贯穿于整个教育过程的一种素质养成教育,"互联网+"时代对高校创新创业教育提出新的挑战,本文针对辅导员如何在创新创业人才培养中发挥的教育引导作用进行探索,提出对策与建议。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a kind of quality education that requires full participation, full coverage and full penetration throughout the education process. The ＂Internet ＋ ＂ era poses new challenges to the innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities. In this paper, the guiding role in the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents is explored and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
