关于应用型大学人力资源管理专业提升实践能力的思考 被引量:3

摘要 作为应用型大学,主要以培养学生的专业技能和实践能力为目标,因而实践教学体系的设计和改革成为应用型大学培养人才和提高教学质量的关键。当前,应用型大学人力资源管理专业的实践教学中还存在着一些亟待解决的问题,主要包括人力资源管理专业实践教学体系不完善,人力资源管理专业校内实践教学效果有待提升,等等。针对这些问题,应用型大学主要需从两个方面切入进行教学实践的改革:一是实践教学体系的重新设计,构建人力资源管理专业"三层递进"的教学实践体系和与之衔接的"模块化"教学实践体系、进行"最后一里路"课程的设计和建设;二是通过采取措施提高教师实践能力和完善实践教学评价体系,以着力提升人力资源管理专业的校内实践教学效果。 As an applied university, the main aim is to cultivate students' professional skills and practical abilities. Therefore, the design and reform of practical teaching system become the key to cultivating talents and improving teaching quality in applied universities.At present, there are still some problems to be solved in practical teaching of human resource management specialty in applied university,including the imperfect practice teaching system, bad practical teaching effectiveness, and so on. In response to these problems, the application-oriented university mainly needs to reform the teaching practice from two aspects: the first is to re-design the practice teaching system and construct a "three-tier progressive" teaching practice system and the "modular" teaching practice system; the second is to take measures to improve the practical ability of teachers and improve the practice teaching evaluation system, so as to enhance the school practice teaching effectiveness of human resource management specialty.
