本文基于应用型人才培养为目标,认真分析了职业教育校企合作人才培养模式的存在问题,并针对问题深入研究了职业教育电气自动化专业校企合作背景下"工学一体化"教学改革的具体要求、内容及实施方法,提出适合当前职业教育多层次、多方位、多形式的校企合作人才培养模式。

Based on the cultivation of applied talents, this paper carefully analyzes the existing problems in the mode of cultivating school-enterprise cooperative talents in vocational colleges, studies the specific requirements, content and implementation methods of teaching reform based on ＂integration of work and learning＂ under the background of the school-enterprise cooperation, and puts forward the multi-level, multi-faceted and multi-form school-enterprise cooperation talent training mode for the current vocational education.
