马钢设备调度应用大数据来分析处理生产、设备各种实时数据,对其统计梳理并预判,通过每日大量实时数据的跟踪、记录、查询,建立数据库和数学模型,分析各个周期生产过程中设备资源的调配和组织的准确性和科学性,发现设备管理中不足和存在的问题。
MaSteel's equipment allocation system uses big data to analyze and treat various production and equipment real-time data, scheduling and pre-judging. Through daily tracking, recording and inquiring of large number of real-time data, it establishes database and mathematical model, analyzes the accuracy and scientificalness of the allocation and organization of equipment resources during production process of each cycle and discovers the shortcomings and problems in equipment management.
