为进一步挖掘煤气循环回收利用潜力,投运130 t/h高温高压煤气锅炉蒸汽拖动高炉AV50汽动鼓风机和25 MW发电机组同时运行。介绍了一起启动180 m2烧结主抽风机7400 k W电动机导致25 MW发电机组失磁保护动作跳闸故障的原因及处理措施。
To further tap the gas recovery potential, an AV50 blast furnace blower steam-driven by a 130 t/h high-temperature high-pressure gas boiler was put into operation in parallel with the 25 MW power generator. The reason and treatment measures of an excitation loss protection act tripping of the 25 MW power generator caused by the 7400 k W motor in the sinter main draft fan are introduced.
