Modeling of Optimization of Express Enterprise Personnel Assignment Based on Stock Profit and Solution

为了得到快递企业人员调配的优化方案,使企业有效利用资源提高利润,本文对服务于不同区域客户的快递企业末端配送网点进行分析,结合实际对其一天中各时段来件量应用时间序列季节系数法进行预测.在其配送过程中的人员,配送量,车辆等因素的约束下,通过对该网点的人员调配来达到极大化库存环节利润的目标建立数学模型,并应用改进的粒子群算法求解.通过仿真实验说明得到的人员调配方案的有效性.

In order to get optimized solution of express enterprise personnel assignment,enable enterprise to effectively utilize resources to increase profit,the paper analyzes terminal distribution sites which serve clients of different regions,uses time series seasonal factors method to predict quantity of parcels received per day in combination of actual situation.Under the limitation of factors such as personnel,distribution quantity,vehicles,etc.during the process of distribution,the paper assigns personnel of this sites to get maximum profit of stock,so as to establish mathematical model,then use improved particle swarm optimization to get the solution.The simulation experiment is used to present the effectiveness of personnel assignment plan.
