Application of Ignition Process Control and Flameout Interlocking Protection Device in Gas Boilers

自动点火和熄火保护系统系统在设备能源部现有锅炉系统中属首次应用,通过PLC系统实现自动点火及熄火保护,在煤气压力不正常及炉膛熄火时,能够自动切断主管路煤气,能有效防止锅炉回火、炉膛爆燃、煤气外泄等情况的发生,提高了锅炉点火和运行时的安全性和可靠性,同时为其它锅炉实现自动点火提供了借鉴和依据。

The automatic igniting and flameout protection system was used in the boilers of Xuangang for the first time. Automatic igniting and flameout protection was achieved through PLC system. When gas pressure is abnormal and the flame goes out in the hearth,the main pipe gas will be automatically cut off to effectively prevent boiler backfire, hearth deflagration or gas leakage, which improves the safety and reliability of boiler ignition and operation. The paper provides some reference and basis for other boilers to realized automatic ignition.
