摘要 乍得潜山油藏封层上返试油通常采用打悬空水泥塞工艺。因潜山裸眼段裂缝发育,打水泥塞时会出现水泥浆漏失、水泥塞面位置难以控制等现象,致使注水泥塞一次成功率低及深度不准。针对这一问题,研制开发出一种新型工具——裸眼可钻桥塞,并联合注灰进行封层作业,从而简化潜山裸眼封层工艺,提高封层施工成功率,实现裸眼段准确定位封堵。经过现场实验,该工具达到了预期封层目的,满足现场施工需要。 In Chad, cement cap technology is often applied to the upward well test of plugged layers in the buried hill reservoirs. The fractures in the buried-hill openhole intervals are well developed, so cement slurry leakage occurs in the process of cementing plug and it is diffcult to control the top position of the cement plug. And consequently, the one-trip success rate of cement plug setting is low and its depth is not accurate. In order to solve these problems, a new tool, i.e., drillable openhole bridge plug was developed. And combined with cementing, layer plugging is implemented so that the plugging technology for buried hill openhole well is simplifed, the success rate of layer plugging operation is improved and the openhole section is positioned and plugged accurately. The feld experiment results show that this tool can meet the needs of feld operation, reaching the expected aim of layer plugging.
