摘要
我国正进行以高铁为代表的综合交通枢纽体系建设。该文结合国内外先进技术和先进理论实践并基于站房建设管理的现状,系统地提出了一种基于BIM技术的铁路站房建设质量管理方法,通过对比BIM技术与传统方法,阐述了应用BIM技术的先进性,分析了BIM技术的优势特点,重点阐述了在铁路站房中BIM技术的应用情况,系统分析了铁路站房运用BIM进行信息质量管理所存在的相关问题,并提出可行性方案,形成了一套可以应用于铁路站房施工的质量管理体系。
Our country is carrying out the construction of an integrated transportation hub system represented by high-speed railway. Based on the ad-vanced technologies and theoretical practices as well as the status quo of the construction and management of station buildings at home and abroad, this paper systematically presents a management method for the construction quality of railway station buildings based on BIM technology. By comparing the BIM technology and traditional methods, this paper expounds the advancement of the BIM technology, analyzes the advantages of it, and particularly elaborates its application in railway station buildings. Also, this paper systematically analyzes the relevant problems existing in the application of BIM for information quality management in railway station buildings, with feasible solutions proposed to form a set of construction quality management sys-tem for railway station buildings.
