尊严疗法在中国的适用性分析

Applicability Analysis of Dignity Therapy in China

尊严疗法是来源于国外的一种临床心理治疗方法,主要针对晚期临终患者,现在已经被中国心理治疗师引进,并开始在晚期临终患者中应用,尊严疗法的引进对患者、家属和医生都具有重要影响。本文从问题的跨文化相似性是尊严疗法适用的基础,中国传统文化是尊严疗法适用条件,患者、家属和医生的转变是尊严疗法适用的保障,临床研究是尊严疗法适用的实践证明等四方面展开论述,同时也提出了尊严疗法在中国应用存在的问题和未来研究的发展方向。

Dignity therapy is a kind of clinical psychotherapy from abroad, which mainly targets terminal patients. It hasbeen introduced by Chinese psychotherapists , and has begun to be used in terminal patients during their last period. Theintroduction of the dignity therapy has an important influence on patients, their families anthe following four aspects： cross-culture similarity of the problem is the basis, traditional Chinese culthe transition of family members and doctors is the guarantee and the clinical researches are the practical proof of the application of dignity therapy in China. Meanwhile, the problems of applicability and development directions of future research work are also presented.
