摘要 利用实时剪切波超声弹性成像评估正常人群与肥胖人群的跟腱厚度及弹性值。选取40根肥胖患者跟腱(20例肥胖患者),记录研究对象身高、体重、年龄及性别等基本临床资料,常规超声测量跟腱厚度,并利用超声弹性成像测量跟腱弹性值,结果与40根正常跟腱(20例正常对照组)进行分析比较,再将左右两侧跟腱厚度及弹性值分别进行比较。肥胖者跟腱较正常跟腱厚度增加且弹性减低,右侧跟腱改变较左侧跟腱显著,差异有统计学意义。实时剪切波超声弹性成像测量跟腱弹性具有一定的临床价值。 The aim of this study was to analyze the thickness and average elastic modulus value of achilles tendon in obese persons and healthy volunteers by using shear wave elastography.We have got the thickness and elastic modulus value by using B-mode ultrasonography and shear wave elastography on 40 Achilles tendons from obese and healthy volunteers without tendon pathology history,and correlated the data obtained with the clinical parameters of the volunteers,such as age,height,weight,and sexual distinction.Comparative analysis was made between the control and obesity group.The thickness of proximal,middle and distal sections of achilles tendon in obese persons were higher and the elastic modulus were lower than those of the control group.A comparison of the thickness and elastic modulus of achilles tendon between right and left was made.The parameters have significant statistical difference.Shear wave elastography has ability to evaluate the achilles tendon.
