科学还是艺术?——关于我国当前心理咨询与治疗的思考

Science or Art:thoughts on the current of psychological counseling and psychotherapy in China

心理咨询与治疗是维护个体心理健康的重要手段之一,但因为我国关于心理卫生知识宣传的缺失及心理咨询与治疗技术的特点,群众对心理咨询与治疗本身的认识仍存在误区,对于其科学性存在怀疑,倾向于认为属于"艺术"。从心理咨询与治疗实践出发,深入分析我国心理咨询与治疗在理论、心理评估方法、技术、治疗效果中存在的误区和问题,并提出心理咨询与治疗操作程序规范化、理论基础本土化、从业人员严格化、应用基层化,通过多方面改变群众对心理咨询与治疗的态度,并为相应的心理咨询与治疗工作改革提供参考。

Psychological counseling and psychotherapy is one of the important ways to maintain individuals' mental health.But because of the lack of propaganda about psychological health knowledge and techniques on characteristics of psychological counseling and treatment psychotherapy,the masses still misunderstand psychological counseling and psychotherapy,doubt the scientific features,and tend to think they are art.Focusing on psychological counseling and psychotherapy practice,the article made a deep analysis on misunderstandings and problems of theory,psychological assessment methods,technology and treatment effect about psychological counseling and psychotherapy,and put forward standardization of operation process,localization of theoretical basis,strictness of employees,and grass-roots of application in psychological counseling and psychotherapy,could change the psychological counseling and psychotherapy attitude of general public,and in order to provide reference for the reform of the work on psychological counseling and psychotherapy.
