摘要
自广州地铁5号线五羊村站、6号线东山口站首次尝试"先隧后站"工法后,北京地铁6号线北运河东站、深圳地铁9号线人民南站等均采用了此类工法。本文根据厦门轨道2号线高林站征收滞后已严重影响"洞通"节点这一事实,对"先隧后站"的工筹、风险、费用估算进行分析,对类似工程有一定的参考意义。
“Tunnel leading platform”have been successfully applied to the wuyangcun station on line 5 and dongshankou station on line 6 of Guangzhou metro,so was beiyunhe east station on line 6 of Beijing metro and renmin south station on line 9 of Shenzhen metro The paper base on the fact that expropriation lag of Xiamen meto line 2 gaolin station has seriously affect the time node,analysis the construction period、risk and cost estimating of “Tunnel leading platform” It has a certain guiding significance for similar projects.
