摘要 旧窗改造按常规施工方法是通过对原旧窗所依附的墙体进行切割、凿打后拆卸窗外框,再对墙体进行修复后重新安装新窗,这种传统的工艺既费工也会产生建筑垃圾,更会对墙体造成一定的损坏而影响到建筑的内外装修,新窗安装后的使用安全性与密封性都得不到保证;本施工工艺是在保证原墙体不受破坏的前提下通过对原旧窗的外框做适当的修整后套以附框再安装新窗,从而实现旧窗的改造与置换。本施工工艺具有省料、省工、环保等优点,尤其适用于高层建筑的旧窗改造,在当前追求节能、环保的大环境下其应用前景广阔。 The traditional old window reconstruction procedures include previous wall cutting and chiseling, surrounding frame disassembling, wall repairing and new window installing This traditional method may take enormous labor, producing some unnecessary construction waste and even wall damaging which would affect the previous decoration so that the security and tightness cannot be ensured The proposed construction method in this paper can used to solve above problems By adjusting the previous surrounding frame and installing an affiliated window, this new method can reduce the previous wall's damage to ensure the installation of new window Therefore, this method is efficient and eco-friendly which is special useful in high-rise buildings, showing broad prospects .
