摘要
通过对真丝/氨纶织物实施定伸长多次循环处理,对其进行人体穿着模拟实验,考察其耐疲劳性能,探讨其塑性形变的积累和演化。结果表明:伸长率超过19%时,塑性形变急剧增加;定伸长循环拉伸作用下,当循环拉伸120次以内时疲劳结果符合2次多项式回归;120~600次,符合3次多项式回归。
To carry out the simulations of human wear trial,the Silk/Spandex fabrics were treated with specified elongation for many times in this study.The fatigue performance was discussed.The accumulation and evolution of plastic deformation were discussed.The results show that the plastic deformation increases dramatically when the elongation is more than 19%.Under the action of repeated tensile with specified elongation,the fatigue result conforms to quadratic polynomial regression when the times of repeated tensile is 120.When the times of repeated tensile is 120~600,the fatigue result conforms to third-degree polynomial regression.
