摘要
选用12种常用阻燃面料,通过面料的厚度、平方米质量、经纬密度、透气性能、透湿性能、顶破性能进行对比,探究各项性能之间的相关性。结果表明:12种面料中,越薄、越轻、经纬密度越大的面料,其透湿性能越好;纯纺面料中,经纬密度越大,面料的顶破强力越小(牛津布、棉、芳纶),混纺面料中,经纬密度越大,顶破强力越大(TWARON/芳纶1313,芳纶/腈纶/粘胶);TWARON/芳纶1313混纺面料透气性能最好,碳纤维透湿性能最好,600D长丝牛津布顶破强力最大。
With the improvement of people's living standard,more and more comfort of fabric is required.12 kinds of flame retardant fabrics are selected in this paper.This paper test the thickness,weight,warp and weft density,air permeability,moisture permeability,mechanical properties and compare the performance of the fabric,which lay the foundation for the choice of fabric;Explore the relationship of kinds of their performance,to provide guidance for the safety and comfort of the modified set of protective flame retardant fabrics to meet the growing needs of people.The results showed that:In 12 kinds of fabric,the tninner,weight is small,the greater the warp and weft density of fabric,breathable fabric performance is better.The bigger the warp and weft density,the smaller the breaking strength(Oxford cloth,cotton,aramid fabric),the bigger the top breaking strength(the blending fabric).TWARON,Aramid 1313 fabric air permeability is best,The moisture permeability of carbon fiber is the best,The top breaking strength of 600 Dfilament Oxford cloth is the biggest.
