论地方本科高校转型发展的“第三条道路”

Discuss of "the Third Way" of Transformational Development of Local Universities in China

"研究"与"应用"是大学的根本属性,第三条道路是介于地方转型高校在研究型与应用型高校"中间地带"的另一发展路径。第三条道路打破了转型发展单一路径的简单思维,赋予了转型高校更加丰富的内涵,拓展了地方高校转型发展的空间。第三条道路的转型发展遵循了从"两端"到"中间"、从"单一"到"复合"、从"同质"到"多样"、从"外部"到"内部"、从"差异"到"特色"的转型路径。我国部分地方本科高校转型发展正在向第三条道路"漂移",正在走一条有中国特色的应用型高校建设与发展之路。

＂ Research＂ and ＂application＂ are the basic attributes of the universities,and the third way is another development path of ＂the middle zone＂ between research universities and application universities.The third way breaks the simple thinking of the single path of the transformational development,endows the transformational universities with more rich connotation,and expands the space for the transformational development of local universities.The transformational development of the third way follows the transfor mation path from ＂both ends＂ to ＂ middle＂,from ＂single＂ to ＂compound＂,from ＂ homgeneous＂ to ＂diverse＂,from ＂external＂ to ＂internal＂,from ＂ difference＂ to ＂characteristic＂.The transformational development of China＇s local universities is ＂drifting＂ to the third way,and is walking on the road of application universities with Chinese characteristics.
