摘要 基于Catia软件对直升机减速系统的渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮进行标准参数化三维建模、尺寸标注,并通过Ansys Workbench软件中Modal模块对渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮进行无阻尼自由振动的模态分析,得到渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮前五阶固有频率和振型,避免外加载荷的频率接近渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮的固有频率而发生共振现象,为渐开线斜齿圆柱齿的设计以及进行进一步动力学分析提供参考。 Parametric three-dimensional modeling and dimensioning are carried out for involute helical cylindrical gear of helicopter deceleration system on the basis of Catia software. The Modal module of Ansys Workbench software is used to finish modal analysis of undisturbed free vibration of involute helical cylindrical gear. The first five inherent frequency and vibration mode of involute helical cylindrical gear are obtained to avoid the phenomenon of resonance in the case that the frequency of the applied load is close to the inherent frequency of involute helical cylindrical gear. This provides reference for the design of involute helical cylindrical gear helical gear and further dynamic analysis.
